Marina Rules

All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult while on Marina property
No fueling of boats on Marina property other than at pumps on dock (Required by State)
Boats must be washed with nozzle attached to hose
All garbage must be placed in trashcans and/or dumpster
No outside mechanics without checking with office or shop
Do not put bait or fish in cans or dumpster — please feed the fish in the river
Please remove and replace your own drain plugs
Please put hose and ladders back on racks
20 minute limit on wash racks while boats are waiting
Work racks are available on weekends, but do not interfere with boat wash traffic
Only employees are allowed on forklifts or in the “high-dry” areas. You are not covered by our insurance
No one can be in the boat while it’s being moved by forklift
All pets must be on a leash
Customers are responsible for cleanup from oil leaks or discharge on other boats in Marina area
The marina has no waste oil disposal tanks. Customer must remove oil off Marina property
All Parking Signs will be enforced! Any vehicle parked in NO PARKING area will be towed at the owner’s expense…no exceptions.
Carts are available for our customer’s use as a convenience. Carts are not to be used as toys for children. Kindly return all carts to their proper locations A.S.A.P
Non compliance of these rules may result in your lease being terminated. Guests not complying will not be allowed to return.
